Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AlphaMeta (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration
You must register for an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and promptly update any changes.
Services Description
AlphaMeta provides an AI-powered quantitative trading research platform. The Platform offers tools for market data analysis, options analytics, portfolio tracking, strategy development, and related research capabilities. All services are provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific trading outcomes or investment returns.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist anyone in doing so. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: attempting to access unauthorized systems, interfering with platform operations, submitting false or misleading information, violating any applicable laws or regulations, and engaging in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users.
Fees and Payment
Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change our fees with 30 days' notice. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AlphaMeta and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
AlphaMeta and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is a research tool and does not constitute financial advice. Trading involves risk; you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration institution.
